Additional terms: AI profile photos

1. The service

You upload one photo of yourself. AI replaces your clothing, background and lighting and creates professional profile photos in the styles you choose. You get one free watermarked preview; you pay for the full set of photos.

2. Who may use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may upload only a photo of yourself. Photos of other people are not allowed.
• The photo must be lawful and must not contain offensive content.

3. AI results

• Clothing, background and lighting are generated by AI (Google Gemini). Your facial features come from your photo, but AI may change details.
• We cannot promise that every photo will look exactly like you. Please check each photo before you use it.
• Some platforms and employers require you to disclose that a photo was edited with AI. Please follow their rules.

4. Regenerations

• Each package includes a number of regenerations; the number is shown when you choose the package.
• A regeneration creates a new version of one photo in the same style. The previous version stays in your gallery, so you can choose the one you prefer.
• If the AI cannot create a usable photo in a style, or the photo does not pass the likeness check, you get one extra regeneration for it.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it (otherwise in US dollars), and you can change the currency before you pay. The price shown is the final price.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Your photos are created once the payment is confirmed.

6. Refunds

There is no automatic refund option in the service. If something went wrong with your order, write to [email protected] and include your order number (you will find it in our emails). We review each request individually; if we grant a refund, it goes back to your original payment method in the same currency.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Rights to the photos

• You keep all rights to the photo you upload.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered photos for your own personal and professional purposes, for example on your CV, in job applications and on your professional and social media profiles.
• We retain all rights to the service and its software.

8. Storage and deletion

Your photos are processed by Google (Gemini API, paid tier) on our behalf; this can happen in any country. Google does not use them to train its models and keeps the request and the result for up to 55 days to detect abuse. We store the photos on our servers in the USA and delete them automatically — 72 hours after upload if you don’t buy, or 30 days after delivery if you do. If you buy a package, you can also delete your photos earlier by choosing “Delete my photos now” in your gallery. Please download the photos you want to keep before they are deleted.
