Navigo Card Photo — Make a 25×30 mm Photo

Getting a Navigo card — the Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) transport pass for Paris and the surrounding region — usually means supplying your own photo. • Passe Navigo, Navigo Annuel and Liberté+ (personalised subscriptions, typically for residents/workers): you can upload a JPEG photo online through your Mon Navigo account — from a webcam, phone, tablet, or a file — or send a printed photo by post together with the paper application form.
• Subscribing in person at a transport agency: for these personalised subscriptions, no photo is needed at all if you subscribe at an agency counter — it's taken on the spot.
