The Nusuk Hajj platform (hajj.nusuk.sa) is the one-stop-shop overseen by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. When you register as a pilgrim you upload the personal photo online — a digital file — so the size, format and file rules below are exact.
According to the official Nusuk Hajj Pilgrim User Manual, the personal photo you upload must meet a short checklist.
- Maximum 200×200 pixels — a small square image; 200×200 px is the stated maximum, and IDPhotoBy outputs exactly 200×200.
- Plain white background — the guideline asks for a clear image with a white background.
- Format: PNG or JPG — both are accepted; IDPhotoBy outputs a standard JPEG.
